Repetitive control with feedforward scheme for periodic vibration displacement control of mold driven by servo motor
Abstract
This study is concerned with periodic vibration displacement control of mold driven by a servo motor using repetitive scheme. Owing to the constraint condition for the servo motor rotated in a certain fixed direction while the mold vibrated in periodic form, a nonlinear feedforward control scheme of the fundamental component composed by the expected mold displacement and its first derivative is adopted to make sure the one-direction motor rotation. A plug-in type repetitive controller is designed to achieve good tracking performance and improve anti-interference ability. The main qualities of the proposed controller are its effectiveness, simplicity and straightforwardness of implementation. Simulation and practical results are presented to demonstrate the controller capabilities.
