Advance Movement Modlling and Simulation of the Electrodischarge Equipment

Abstract


This paper presents the analytical modelling of the electro-hydraulic advance system of the electrodischarge processing machine.The input-state-output mathematical model allows numerical simulation in Matlab-Simulink, which is used to determine the system's behaviour in various working regimes, and especially in the transient regime. The study enables the determination of the system's characteristic parameters. These parameters are used in the optimal design of the advance servomechanism and in the control strategy.
